I’ve been in the hole. Deep down, in the dark, where no light gets in. Screaming and shaking and hitting with my fists. Feeling anguish, fear, loss, grief, too many negative emotions. But I pulled myself together and crawled back out. Slowly. After years of useless slumber, chasing the dragon. Now I’m in the light again and it hurts my eyes.
It burns my heart. It’s chaotic. It’s life.
It’s the science of unpredictability

Chaos is rejecting all you have learned, Chaos is being yourself
Emil Cioran, ‘A Short History of Decay’
